L&T Limited(Infra Division)

We are based over at Plot No 1067/4 in Bhubaneswar. Most of us here just call it the BBSR yard. It is a busy spot where we handle all the big machinery and planning for the infra jobs around Orissa. The sun gets pretty hot out here on the plot, but the work has to move along regardless. We have been in this specific corner of the city for a while now. Most mornings start with tea and a look at the schedule for the day. It is not a fancy office, just a practical place where people get things done. You will see the trucks coming in and out quite often. Some of the guys have been with the division since the start. We deal with concrete, steel, and lots of paperwork that comes with big projects. It is loud sometimes because of the traffic and the work on site. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay on track with the timelines. Sometimes the rain slows things down, especially during the monsoon months here in Orissa. We just wait it out and get back to it. The team is a mix of locals and people who moved here for the work. We know the roads around here like the back of our hand. It is just a regular day-to-day operation where everyone knows their job and does it.
