We have been set up here at 232 Kotla in Mubarakpur for quite some time now. Our office is right in the middle of the busy Delhi-01 area, so there is always a lot of noise and movement outside. Jyoti Ranjan Tripathy helps keep everything running on the daily side of things for Kusum Powermet. It is not a very big or fancy place, just a regular workspace where we get our metal and power-related work sorted. The street is usually crowded with people and traffic, so we have to plan our timings carefully when we have to move stuff in or out. Most of the people who deal with us are locals or have known us for years through word of mouth. We do not really go in for big ads or anything like that. We just show up every morning and handle the orders as they come. Sometimes the phone rings all day and other times it is a bit quiet, giving us a chance to catch up on the paperwork. We like to keep things simple and avoid any complicated talk. If you walk past our sign in Kotla, you will probably see one of us at the desk or checking the stock in the back. It is a straightforward way to earn a living and it works well for us in this part of Delhi.
