We are over at Mohanty Nivas in the Kalpana area of Bhubaneswar. The office is actually inside Sk Mohanty’s place on Sabar Sahi Lane, number 78. If you know the lane, it can get pretty crowded during the day with everyone moving about. It’s not a big fancy corporate building or anything like that. We just have our space here where we handle things for Kohler India. Being in Orissa, it gets quite hot in the summers, so we usually keep the fans going all day. The lane is one of those local spots where everyone kind of knows each other, or at least they recognize your face after a few weeks. Sometimes finding the exact house number is a bit tricky for delivery people since the lane twists a bit, but once you find Mohanty Nivas, you’re in the right spot. We’ve been here for a while now. Most of our day is spent at our desks or talking to people who drop by. It’s a straightforward setup. There isn't much to say about the building itself, just a regular house turned into a working space. We like it because it's central and easy to get to from the main roads in Kalpana. The morning tea stall at the corner is usually where most of us start the day before heading inside to get to work. It’s a quiet enough place to get things done without too much noise from the main traffic.
