Kk Eastcon Pvt.Ltd is based over at Road No-7 in Unit-9, right here in Bhubaneswar. It’s a busy spot in Orissa, and we’ve been operating out of this quarter for a good number of years. We mostly focus on civil construction and some small-scale infrastructure projects that come our way. The office isn't much to look at, just some desks and a lot of folders stacked up. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We’d rather spend our time out at the site making sure the concrete is poured right. The team is just a few regular people who have been in this industry for a long time. We know the local regulations and how to get things approved, which takes up a lot of our time. Bhubaneswar is growing fast, and there is always something new happening near Unit-9. We try to keep our overhead low so we don't have to charge people a fortune. We work with the same group of subcontractors most of the time because we know they actually show up. Sometimes there are delays with the materials or the weather doesn't cooperate, but that's just how the building trade goes in this part of the country. We don't make big speeches about what we do. We just look at the blueprints and try to get the job finished without too much fuss. It keeps us busy and out of trouble.
