If you look for us at Plot No. 53 Shanti Nivas in Jagamohan Nagar, you’ll find our office. It is tucked away in Jagamara, and it’s where we handle all the energy-related stuff we do. It’s not a massive power plant site right here, just the place where the planning and the paperwork happen. We have desks, some computers, and a lot of maps and charts on the walls. The energy business has a lot of moving parts, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at data. Some days are quieter than others. When there's a big project going on somewhere else, this place gets a bit frantic with people coming and going. Other times, it is just a few of us making sure everything is running like it should. Shanti Nivas is a decent spot to work from. We’ve been in this part of Jagamara for a bit now and the neighbors know us. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. It’s just a group of people working on keeping things powered up. You might see us grabbing tea nearby or chatting by the entrance during a break. It is a lot of logistics and technical details that most people don't think about until they flip a switch. We just keep our heads down and handle the daily tasks that come with managing energy resources from this small office.
