Iis ,Bbsr is located in Bantala, which is a small area away from the main rush of Bhubaneswar. Our setup is quite simple and reflects the local surroundings. We don’t have a big corporate headquarters. It’s just a basic building where we carry out our daily tasks. The road outside is usually quiet, except for the occasional truck or tractor passing by. Most of the people who work here are from the nearby villages, so we have a very local feel to everything we do. We don’t use any fancy marketing or have a polished image. Our desks are old, and the floors are concrete, but it’s a solid place to work. We focus on providing services to the people in this region who might not have easy access to larger centers. There isn’t any air conditioning, so we rely on the windows being open for a breeze. On hot days, it can be a bit of a struggle, but we are used to it. We don’t have a formal dress code or strict hierarchies. If something needs to be done, whoever is available just picks it up. We often spend our breaks talking to people from the neighborhood who stop by to say hello. It’s a very grounded way of operating. We keep our records in physical files and on a couple of old computers. It’s not the most modern setup, but it’s practical and it serves the community well.
