H.S.C.L. is based out in Jajpur, Orissa. If you’ve been to this part of the state, you know it’s mostly about the industry and the hard work people put in every day. We don’t have a big fancy corporate building. It’s more of a practical setup where the work actually happens. The weather gets really humid here, so we spend a lot of time just dealing with the heat while we go through our daily lists. There isn't much to see if you're looking for something polished. We have our equipment and our office space, and that’s about it. Most of the people working here are from the local area or moved here specifically for the work in Jajpur. It’s a town that’s always growing, so there is always noise from construction or trucks nearby. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot. Usually, the days are spent looking over site plans or making sure the supplies are where they should be. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. We just focus on what needs to be finished today. It’s a straightforward kind of life here in Orissa. Sometimes the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to it. Our office is just a spot on the map, but we put in the hours every single week.
