Our office is tucked away in the Sushila Apartments, specifically M-302, which is right behind the Kalinga Stadium in the Nayapalli area of Bhubaneshwar. If you know the stadium, you know exactly where we are. It’s a pretty good spot to be in Orissa. We aren't in a big glass skyscraper; we are in a regular apartment building that we’ve turned into our workspace. It feels more like a home than a corporate office sometimes. We’ve been operating as Hindalcpo Industries Ltd. for a long time now. Our daily routine is pretty straightforward. We deal with all the local coordination and the site details that come with being an industrial firm. There’s no marketing department here, just a few of us who know the business inside and out. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs, which is fine by us. It keeps things interesting. We have our files, our computers, and our regular tea breaks. People from the neighborhood often drop by because we’ve been here so long we are just part of the local scenery. We don't use big words to explain what we do. We just get the work done and make sure the details are right. It’s a simple, honest way to earn a living, and we’ve been happy doing it here in Nayapalli for years.
