Hi - Tech Estates & Promoters Pvt. Ltd

We’ve been working at Hi - Tech Estates & Promoters Pvt. Ltd for a good while now, right here in Puri. Our office is tucked away in Attakal Lane, over in the Sidhamahavir Patana area. It’s a pretty busy part of town, especially with people moving around and looking at different plots of land. We aren't big-time developers with fancy suits; we are just regular folks who know the local area quite well. Most of our days are spent talking to people about where they want to build or showing them around different sites. The salt air from the sea sometimes makes the office feel a bit damp, but that’s just Puri for you. We keep all our maps and papers piled up on the desks. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. We usually walk over to the local stalls for lunch. Dealing with property and land can be a headache with all the paperwork involved, but we just take it one step at a time. People come in and out all day, and we try to give them the straight story on what’s available. It’s a small team here, and we’ve all been together for years. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the local rules. It’s a lot of talking and walking, but we enjoy being part of the community here.
