We are Hcil, and you can find us over in Balasore 1. Our office is located at the address of B.P. Mallick, who is an electrical contractor. The place is in Bhaskargang, specifically on the White House Line. It is a bit of a specific location, so you might have to ask around if it is your first time visiting us. Balasore is a busy town, and this area has its own local charm. We share the space or are located care-of the contractor's office, which makes sense for the kind of work we do. It is a no-frills environment. There are tools and paperwork scattered around like you would expect in a working contractor's office. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or a lobby with coffee machines. It is more about getting the job done. The street can be narrow, so if you are driving, you have to be careful where you park. Most of us just walk or take a rickshaw. We have been at this Bhaskargang spot for a while now. The people around here are friendly and it feels like a very traditional business setup. We handle our Hcil operations from here every day. It is a simple, honest place to work. We don't need anything more than this to keep things running smoothly. It is just us and the daily grind in Balasore. We usually stay late most evenings finishing up the day's reports under the overhead lights. It's a humble place but it serves us well.
