We operate out of a flat in Unit-9, specifically Qr No-E-16/3 here in Bhubaneswar. It’s a residential area, so it feels a lot more like a home than a stiff office building. We’ve got a few phone lines running, like the 0674-2540536 number, and a couple of mobiles too if you need to reach the guys on the ground. There’s even a connection over in Kolkata for the stuff that happens there. Since this is a joint venture, we’ve got people coming and going from different places. It gets a bit crowded in the flat when everyone is in for a meeting, but we make do with what we have. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity with glass walls. We just sit around the tables, look at the plans, and figure out the next steps for the project. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers, but that’s life in the city. We’ve been using this spot as our main base for quite some time. It's practical because we are right in the middle of things. You can usually find one of us here during the day, though we spend a lot of time out at the actual sites. It’s a simple setup where the work gets planned. We keep our files organized as best as we can and just keep pushing forward. It works for us. Plus, being in Unit-9 means we are close to some decent places to eat.
