The office is pretty basic. We are in a more rural part of the area, so it’s quieter than the big cities. We like it that way. It gives us room to think and get our tasks done without too much distraction. People in Bhadrak are hard workers and we try to match that energy. We have been at this Mahantipada location for a long time. Everyone around here knows the spot. We don't spend much on decorating the place. We’d rather just focus on the work itself. Some days are slow, especially when the weather is bad, but we stay busy enough. We aren't part of some massive chain with thousands of employees. It’s just us here, doing what needs to be done.
