We operate out of Mathradan House in Pilathara, which is a small spot in the Kannur district of Kerala. It’s a different vibe here compared to the big city offices. We deal with various projects and this house serves as our central point for everything we do. Most of the time, you’ll find us sitting around the main table going over plans or talking to folks on the phone about deliveries and schedules. Since we are in Pilathara, it’s a bit more relaxed than the busy hubs, but we still have plenty to keep us busy every single day. The office isn't anything fancy, just a functional space where we keep our files and meet with people when they come by. Being in Kerala, the weather can really change how we work, especially when the monsoon season hits and things outside slow down. We just take it as it comes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, we just focus on the projects we have in front of us right now. A lot of the people who work with us are from the local area, so there is a lot of chatting about things other than work sometimes. It makes the day go by a bit faster. We’ve been at this for a while and the location in Mathradan House works well for what we need to get done. It is just a regular house turned into a workspace, which keeps things feeling grounded and simple for all of us.
