Era Infra Engineering Ltd

This branch of Era Infra Engineering Ltd is located right in the Nalco township area in Damanjodi. We use Quarter No. C/36 as our main base for the work we do in the Koraput district of Orissa. It’s a hilly region and the weather can be quite unpredictable, which definitely keeps things interesting for an engineering firm. Since we are based in a residential quarter, it feels a lot more like a home than a stiff office building. We have our computers and desks set up in the main rooms, and the kitchen usually has a pot of tea going. We spend most of our time coordinating with the Nalco site and making sure our engineering projects are staying on track. There isn't any fancy signage outside, just our name on the door so people know they have the right place. The local staff here are mostly folks who have lived in Orissa for years and know the terrain well. We don't have a marketing department or a PR team. We just have engineers and laborers who want to get the job finished so they can go home to their families. The walls are a bit scuffed from moving equipment in and out, but that’s just a sign of a busy workplace. We stay focused on the daily grind and try to keep our paperwork in order despite the humidity. It is a simple life here in Koraput and we just keep at it.
