We have been working out of Flat No. B2-507 in the Lok Gaurav Apartment complex for a good while now. If you know Vikhroli West, you know how the traffic on LBS Marg can be a real headache during the morning rush. Our place is basically a regular apartment that we turned into an office space. It is not one of those fancy glass buildings you see in the advertisements. Inside, it is mostly just desks, a few old computers, and stacks of files that we really should organize better. The lift in the building is a bit slow and sometimes it makes a strange clanking noise, so we often just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. You can hear the constant honking from the main road even with the windows shut tight. We usually keep them closed anyway because of the dust. Lunch for us is usually a quick bite from one of the stalls nearby or whatever we brought from home in our tiffins. It gets a little bit crowded when everyone shows up at the same time, but we manage to get things done. The security guards at the gate know us by now, which makes coming and going a lot easier. It is just a practical spot for Dlf Laingo'Rourke India Ltd. to handle the Mumbai side of things. There is nothing very polished about the place, just people doing their jobs and trying to keep up with the daily paperwork.
