D.D.Builders Ltd.

D.D.Builders Ltd. operates out of Flat No.E-402 in the Okil Bag Enclave. It’s right on Cuttack Raod in Bhubaneswar, which is usually a pretty busy spot. Our office isn't very big, but it’s where we do all our planning. We’ve got a couple of computers, a lot of paper everywhere, and a coffee machine that barely works. Most of the time, we’re out at the sites instead of sitting in the office. Bhubaneswar is growing fast, so there’s always something being dug up or built nearby. We mostly focus on residential stuff. People stop by the enclave to ask about costs or when a project will be finished. We try to be honest about timelines, even when things get delayed because of the rain or a shortage of materials. It’s just us and a small team making things happen. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word of mouth usually gets people to our door. Being on Cuttack Raod means we see a lot of the city’s changes firsthand. The guys work hard, and sometimes the days are really long. We eat lunch together when we can, usually talking about the next phase of whatever we’re building. It’s a simple life, really. We just focus on the job at hand and try to make sure everything is solid. We've been at this for a bit now, and we know the local area quite well.
