We are located over in Bhubaneswar, specifically in the CRPF area, Block 17. It’s a bit of a specific address to find if you aren't familiar with the quarters, but it’s where we’ve set up shop for Arss Infrastructure Projects Limited. Working out of this part of Orissa keeps us busy with various local projects. We don't have a big glass skyscraper or anything like that. Our office is more of a practical base where the planning happens and the paperwork gets filed. It can get a bit hectic when we have a few things going on at once, but that's how it goes in this industry. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites, so the office is mostly for regrouping. It’s not a polished environment, just a place with desks, maps, and a lot of coffee. We try to be sensible about how we manage things. The staff here has been together for a while, so we know each other's habits. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy presentations. We just focus on the infrastructure work and making sure the details are handled. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes things get messy, but we stick to the schedule. Being based in Bbsr is good for us because we're close to where the action is. We just keep our heads down and work without making any big fuss about it all.
