Our place is at Plot No 1354 in Paika Nagar, specifically on Lane II in Baramunda, Bhubaneswar. It’s a bit tucked away, but we like it that way. Ameya Dyechem Pvt Ltd is the name we go by. We’ve been in Bhubaneswar for several years. The lane is mostly quiet, which is nice for getting work done. We handle chemicals and dyes here. Sometimes there are drums sitting out front waiting to be moved. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don't wear ties or fancy shoes. Most of us are in jeans or whatever is comfortable for the weather. The office is just a few rooms with desks and some filing cabinets. We do a lot of our business over the phone or by visiting sites. The humidity in Odisha can be tough, so we have some old air conditioners that hum quite loudly. We know the people in the neighboring plots. We often share a bit of gossip over the wall. It’s a small team. We don't have a big human resources department or anything like that. If there's a problem, we just talk it out. It’s a very direct way of working. The building is simple, made of concrete and painted a light color that’s faded over the years. We’re just a local business doing our bit. There is a small shrine near the entrance where someone leaves fresh flowers every morning, which is a nice way to start the day.
