Royal Teleservice

Royal Teleservice is over at Plot No. 3572 in Palasuni, right here in Bhubaneswar. Our place is basically a workshop filled with tools, wires, and various pieces of equipment waiting to be fixed. It’s not the cleanest place you’ve ever seen, but we know exactly where every screwdriver is. We spend most of our time hunched over workbenches, trying to figure out why something isn't working. It’s quiet work, mostly just the sound of the fan and the occasional soldering iron. Palasuni is a busy spot, and we get quite a few people walking in with broken devices. We don't have a fancy front desk or a person to greet you at the door. You just walk in and talk to whoever isn't busy. We don't use a lot of big words or technical talk. We just tell people what’s wrong and how long it’ll take to fix it. Sometimes parts take a while to arrive, which can be frustrating, but that’s the way it goes. We aren't a big chain store. We’re just a local shop trying to provide a decent service to the people around here. We work long hours, often staying late to finish a repair that’s proving difficult. There’s no corporate ladder here. We just fix things, settle the bills, and hope the customer is satisfied. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day.
