Transparent Technologies Pvt Ltd is based at Plot No. W-280 in the S Block of the MIDC area in Bhosari. It is a typical industrial setup in a very busy part of the region. We spend our days tucked away in the S Block, mostly focused on the technical side of our work. The building is functional and doesn't have any flashy signs or modern architecture to boast about. Bhosari is full of companies like ours, all trying to get through the day's tasks. We don't have a big HR department or a team of consultants telling us how to run things. It’s mostly just a group of us who know the technical details of our trade. The workshop can get a bit cluttered when we have several projects going at once. We don't worry too much about having a perfect office space. As long as the equipment is maintained and the work is moving forward, we are happy. Sometimes we sit outside for a break when the weather is nice, but usually, we are inside where the action is. It's a simple operation without any corporate jargon or complicated mission statements. We show up at W-280 every morning and stay until the work is sorted out. We’ve been in MIDC long enough to know how the system works. It’s just a regular business doing regular work in a busy industrial hub.
