Pinnacle Automation

We are located on Midc Road. It’s an area with a lot of other workshops and factories, so we fit right in with the surroundings. We work on automation systems for various industries. It sounds complicated when you say it like that, but it’s really just about making machines work better for the people using them. We have a small workshop area and a couple of desks for the planning and design side of things. It’s not a shiny new facility like the ones in the city center. The walls could use a new coat of paint and the lights flicker sometimes when the heavy machinery starts up next door. We’ve been here for a few years now. Most of us worked in bigger plants for years before we finally decided to start this on our own. We don't have a sales team or anyone to answer the phones with a prepared script. Usually, whoever is closest to the phone just picks it up and talks. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints or testing out different sensors and controllers on the bench. It’s quiet work mostly, until we have to test something big and everything starts humming. We don’t use a lot of fancy marketing talk or try to impress people with jargon. We just tell people what we can do and then we try to do it right. Sometimes projects take longer than we thought because of parts. That's just how it goes here.
