We operate out of Bgp-111 in the Rachna Complex-Ii. We are based in the MIDC industrial area of Bhosari. This is a very busy part of Pune where there are factories and workshops everywhere you look. Our place is more of a workshop than a traditional office. We have some desks for the design work, but a lot of the space is taken up by benches where we put together automation panels. It can get pretty noisy here because of the machines running in the other units next to us. We’ve gotten used to the sound over the years. We spend most of our time working on technical drawings or testing out different components. It’s a very hands-on job, so our hands are usually a bit dirty by the end of the day. We don't have a polished entrance or any receptionist to greet people. If someone comes to see us, they just knock on the door and we stop what we’re doing. The Rachna Complex is quite large, so it can be hard for people to find our unit the first time they visit. We usually tell them to look for the big blue gates. We have a small team of technicians who have been with us for a long time. We just focus on the engineering and don't worry about much else. It’s a straightforward way to run a business in Bhosari.
