GRIND TOOLS

We spend our days at Plot No. E-11 in the Bhosari Industrial Estate. It’s a pretty busy spot with lots of noise from the other workshops around us. Grind Tools is what we call ourselves, and the name pretty much says it all. We have our machines set up and we spend most of the morning just getting everything ready to go. The industrial estate has a lot of movement, trucks coming in and out, and people grabbing tea at the corner. We’ve been at this address for a good while now, and the walls have seen a lot of work. It’s not a fancy place with air conditioning or anything like that. We just have the floor space we need for the tools. Sometimes the dust gets everywhere, but we try to keep it manageable. It’s just how it is when you’re working with metal and grinding things down. Most of the guys here live nearby, so we know the area well. If you come by, you’ll probably hear the machines before you see the sign. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay productive throughout the day. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy. We don’t really do much else besides the tool work here at E-11. It’s a simple setup, but it works for what we need to do. We usually wrap things up by evening when the traffic in Bhosari starts getting heavy.
