Balaji Resins & Polymers

If you head over to the Mangalmurti Industrial Complex in MIDC, you’ll find Balaji Resins & Polymers at Plot No. D-01. We’re right near the Hockey Stadium, which makes it easy to give people directions when they’re coming by for the first time. The industrial area is always full of activity, especially in the mornings when everyone is starting their shifts. We deal with resins and different types of polymers, so the yard usually has a lot of containers sitting around. It gets pretty hot inside the shed during the summer, but we keep the fans going and just push through the day. Working with these materials means things can get a bit messy, but that’s the nature of the job. Most of our time is spent moving stock and making sure everything is labeled properly so nothing gets mixed up. We aren’t a huge operation, just a handful of us making sure the orders go out when they’re supposed to. Sometimes the traffic near the stadium can be a bit of a headache, but being in a well-known spot like this has its advantages. We don’t spend much on decorating or anything. The office is just a desk and some chairs in the corner of the warehouse. It’s practical and it works for what we need. We’ve been at this plot for some time now, and we know the other business owners around here pretty well. It’s a solid, working-class environment.
