Atul Stone Company

Atul Stone Company sits right on the Pune Nashik Road, specifically at Survey No 690 in the Landge Nagar area. It is a very busy stretch of road, so there is always a layer of dust on everything in the office. Being near Panjarpol makes it easy for people to give directions to our place. We spend our days dealing with heavy loads and the constant hum of the highway traffic. The yard is usually full of different sizes of stone, and we spend a lot of time moving things from one pile to another. It’s a lot of physical work, especially when the Pune sun is beating down on the asphalt. We don't have a fancy showroom or anything like that. People just pull in off the main road and talk to us directly in the yard. Sometimes the trucks back up and create a bit of a mess, but we clear it out eventually. The Landge Nagar neighborhood has grown a lot around us over the years, but we just keep doing what we've always done at this survey number. It's a loud place to work because of the crushers and the lorries, but you get used to it after a week or two. Most of our guys have been here since the beginning. We just focus on the task at hand and try to get the loads out before the evening traffic hits. There isn't much more to say about it, we just keep the machines running and the piles organized for the day.
