We've been at this spot in Landewadi for a good while now. Shop No. 681/4 in Gavhane Industrial Estate is basically where we spend all our daylight hours. It’s a busy place, especially in the mornings when the sun hits the front of the unit and everything starts warming up. Bhosari can be pretty loud with all the other workshops around us, but you get used to the noise after a few days. We deal with poly products here, mostly just keeping the machines running and making sure things are packed up right. It’s not some fancy corporate office with air conditioning everywhere; it’s a working floor. Sometimes the dust gets in, and we have to spend half the morning cleaning up before we can even start. There are a few of us here, mostly local guys who live nearby. We know the tea stall around the corner better than our own kitchens. The work is steady, though some days are more hectic than others when orders pile up. We don't have a big front desk or a receptionist. If you come by, you'll probably find one of us covered in a bit of grit or moving boxes around. It’s just how it is in this part of the estate. The address is easy to find once you know where Landewadi is, right there in the middle of all the industrial action. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
