Universal construction machinery & equipment ltd.

Our facility is spread across Gat No- 327, 328, and 329 in Shivare. This is out in the Bhor Taluka of the Pune district. It is a bit of a drive to get out here, but having all that space is necessary for Universal Construction Machinery & Equipment Ltd. We have large open yards where we keep the mixers and cranes. The air is a bit fresher here than in the city, but the work is just as hard. During the monsoon, the ground gets a bit muddy, and we all have to wear heavy boots to get around the site. We have a big team of mechanics and assemblers who work in the large sheds. It is a noisy place with the sound of metal hitting metal and the hum of engines being tested. We don't have a corporate office with glass walls; our office is more of a functional space with metal desks and maps of project sites on the walls. Lunch is often a big affair where people sit together and share their tiffins. We handle a lot of logistics because moving these big machines to different parts of the country takes a lot of coordination. There is always a truck being loaded or a machine being painted in the back. It’s a busy, rural industrial site where we focus on getting the machinery out the gate and onto the construction sites where it is needed.
