We are Jai Ganesh Suppliers and you can find us at Khed Shivapur, right along the Pune Bangalore Highway. We are located very close to the Toll Naka, so we see a lot of trucks and cars passing by at all hours. Being so close to the highway means it is always noisy and there is always a bit of a breeze from the traffic. We have been here for a while, supplying building materials to folks in Pune and the surrounding areas. Our yard is usually quite full of sand, gravel, and other supplies. It is a bit of a rough-and-tumble place. We do not have any fancy offices or air conditioning. We mostly sit outside or in a small shed to manage the paperwork. Most people just pull over when they see our piles of materials. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating deliveries and making sure the loaders are ready. It is hard work and your clothes are usually covered in grit by the end of the shift. We do not really have a marketing strategy. People know we are here because of the location near the toll. It is a convenient spot for the drivers. We just try to keep enough stock so that when someone shows up, we do not have to turn them away. It is a basic operation, run by people who know the trade and the road.
