Bhoj Valley

You can find us at Liberty Chamber in Zone-I of M.P. Nagar. We are on the first floor in office number 04, right at plot number 18. This is the place where Bhoj Valley operates under S.M. Colonizers & Developers. M.P. Nagar is a very busy part of Bhopal and there is always a lot of movement. Our office is where we handle all the talk about land and property developments. It isn't a fancy place with leather sofas. We have regular office chairs and a lot of maps and blueprints on the walls. People come here to ask about plots or to see how the construction is moving along. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at documents. Being on the first floor means we can see the street below, which is usually packed with cars and people. We have been working in this area for a good while. It is a bit loud sometimes because of the location, but that is how it is in the middle of the city. We don't have a big marketing team. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for a place to build a house or invest a little. We just explain what we have available and show them the paperwork. It’s a lot of sitting and talking. We keep some water and tea for anyone who drops by Plot 18. It’s not a very big office but it’s enough for what we do. M.P. Nagar is where all the business happens in Bhopal.
