Wellphamed Pharmacy Private Limited is situated at Shop No 95. We are right near Katju Hospital in the TT Nagar area of Bhopal. Being so close to a hospital means we see a lot of people coming and going all day long. It is a busy little shop, and we don't have much room to spare. Every shelf is packed with something. It’s not one of those fancy modern pharmacies with wide aisles and bright neon lights. It’s more of a traditional setup where we know where everything is even if it looks a bit cluttered to an outsider. The staff here has been around for a while, and we just get on with things. We spend most of our time answering questions or checking the stock levels. Bhopal can get pretty humid, so we usually have the shop door open to catch a breeze when it isn’t too dusty outside. TT Nagar is a central spot, so we get all sorts of people stopping by. Sometimes we have to run out to get change or talk to the delivery drivers who get stuck in the local traffic. It’s a bit of a scramble sometimes, especially in the evenings when the hospital gets busy. We don't have a big corporate manual. We just handle things as they come and try to be helpful to anyone who walks in. It’s a plain, honest business right in the heart of the city. We’ve been here for a while and don't plan on moving anytime soon.
