Vus Real Estate Private Limited

Vus Real Estate Private Limited is located at House Number 10 in Shivpuri Colony. It’s a quiet residential area, and our office is basically part of the house. We didn’t want a big office in a mall because this feels more like home. People drop in without calling sometimes, which is fine, though it can get a bit cramped if more than three people show up at once. Shivpuri Colony is a nice spot, mostly families and older folks who have lived here for decades. We deal with whatever comes our way, mostly local plots and small houses around this side of town. It’s not like those big agencies in the high-rise buildings. We have a couple of desks, a few chairs that don’t really match, and a lot of files stacked up in the corner. Sometimes the local kids play cricket right outside the door, and we have to watch out when we’re walking out. It’s a very local way of doing things. We know which roads get flooded when it rains and which neighbors are thinking of moving. You get to learn a lot just sitting here and listening to the people who walk by. We don’t have a fancy reception or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably find us sorting through some old maps or talking on the phone with a contractor. It’s just a regular local business doing its thing and helping people find their way.
