Our office is at Siddhi Bhavan on Kolar Road. It’s right near the Canal Chouraha in the Chuna Bhatti area. We’ve been here for a while, watching Kolar Road get busier every year. The office itself is a straightforward space where we keep all our drawings and land records. As architects and developers, we spend a lot of time looking at maps and site plans. It’s not always exciting work, but it’s what we know. We deal with a lot of local land issues and building designs. Some days we are out at a site getting our shoes dusty, and other days we are stuck behind the desk trying to get a permit through. The Canal Chouraha can be a bit of a mess during rush hour, but it’s a good landmark for people trying to find us at 63/6/1. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s just a small team of us who live nearby and understand how the land is laid out in this part of Bhopal. We try to be honest about what can be built and what can't. There are always challenges with land development, but we just take them one at a time. We’ve built a few things around here that we see every day on our way to work. It’s a decent way to make a living. We just keep our heads down and do the work without any fancy promises or complicated speeches.
