V S Rajdeo & Co

Our office, V S Rajdeo & Co, is located inside the Grand Hotel Building. It is right there at the Bharat Talkies Chouraha, which is a landmark most people in town recognize easily. Being in an older building like this has its charms and its problems. The rooms are large, but sometimes the wiring is a bit old-fashioned. We do not really care about having a modern glass office. We prefer being in a place that has some history to it. Most of our day is spent sitting around the big wooden table we have, going over documents and talking to clients. The Chouraha outside is always noisy with buses and rickshaws, but once you come inside, it is a bit quieter. We handle a lot of the local business accounts and paperwork. We have been doing this for years, so we have a rhythm down. We do not use any fancy software that promises to change your life. We just use what works and make sure the numbers are correct. It is a small team here, and we all know each other. It feels more like a community than a corporate office. We just keep doing what we do, day after day, right here by the old talkies. The Grand Hotel Building has these high ceilings that stay cool even when it is boiling outside. Sometimes the plaster peels a bit, but we just put another calendar over it.
