Under The Mango Tree (Jehan Numa Palace Hotel)

If you come to the Jehan Numa Palace Hotel, you will find us at Plot No 157 in the Shamla Hills area. We are literally Under The Mango Tree, which is where the name comes from. It is a nice spot in Bhopal because it stays a bit cooler under the branches even when the sun is out. Being part of the hotel grounds means we see a lot of different people coming through. It is not a stuffy place at all. We try to keep it relaxed, like you are just sitting in a garden. The palace itself has a lot of history, but we are just one part of the bigger picture there. Shamla Hills is a good location, especially with the views you get nearby. We spend a lot of time making sure the tables are ready and the area looks decent. It is not about being the most fancy place in town, just a comfortable one. When it rains, things get a bit interesting since we are so close to nature, but that is part of the charm. We have been here for a good bit now and the tree is still growing. Most of the staff has been around for a while, so we all know how things work. It is a steady pace of life here. We don't really do big advertisements. People usually just hear about us and stop by.
