Tanu Shree Food & Spices

Tanu Shree Food & Spices is over at Plot No. 11 in Janakpuri. We’re tucked away in Vrindavan Nagar, which is quite close to the Ayodhya Bypass Road. Most of what we do involves sitting around and figuring out how to get the blends right. We deal with various food items and spices every day. It’s a bit of a small operation, honestly. My family and a couple of helpers run the place. We don't have a big warehouse, just this spot where we keep our supplies and do the packing. Sometimes the smells from the different mixes fill up the whole street. People walking by often mention they can tell when we’re working. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the orders filled for the local shops. There’s always a lot of cleaning to do since spices can get messy real fast. We’ve been here for a bit now and everyone in the neighborhood knows where to find us. It’s not a complicated life. We get the raw goods, we sort them, we pack them, and then they go out. No big corporate offices here, just a lot of bags and scales. It’s hard work, but it keeps us busy. We mostly just keep our heads down and do what needs doing to make sure the food products are ready. We don't bother with fancy talk, we just let the work speak for itself.
