We are located at V-10 Priyadarshini Nilayam, which is in the E-8 Extension area of Bhopal. It’s a relatively quiet part of the city compared to the main markets. We have our office set up here to handle the day-to-day work for Swase Exim Infra. Since we are in Madhya Pradesh, we are centrally located, which helps with our logistics. The neighborhood around Priyadarshini Nilayam is mostly residential, so it feels very grounded and peaceful. Our team is small, and we don't really go for the corporate lifestyle. We wear regular clothes and just focus on the projects at hand. Most of our work involves managing infrastructure and trade details, which means a lot of emails and phone calls. The office isn't anything spectacular, just a functional space where we can stay organized. We’ve been in Bhopal for a while and have seen how the city has changed over the years. We like being in the E-8 Extension because it’s easy to get to but away from the heaviest traffic. We don't have any scripted mission statements or polished slogans. We just show up, look at what needs to be done, and we do it. Sometimes we have a tea break and chat about things other than work. It’s a relaxed environment but we make sure the work gets finished on time every day. It’s just our way of running things.
