Swami Catering Service is based at Kripa Shakti in Sector Indrapuri. Our specific address is 200 C, which is part of the Bhel area. It’s a busy part of the city to be in. We spend most of our time in the kitchen or out at event sites. Indrapuri has a lot of activity, so we are always seeing people coming and going. The work of a caterer is never really finished. There is always something to clean or a menu to sort out for the next week. We have been at 200 C for some time now and it feels like home to us. We handle all the usual catering tasks, from buying the ingredients at the local markets to making sure the food is hot when it reaches the tables. It's not a glamorous job. There’s a lot of heat and steam in the kitchen and plenty of heavy lifting. We have a small team that helps out with the serving. Most of the folks who work here live nearby. We don't use any fancy equipment, just the standard stuff that gets the job done. Sometimes we have to deal with last-minute changes or more guests showing up than expected. We just take it as it comes. Sector Indrapuri is a good place to be because we are close to our clients. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done every day.
