Surbhi Tours & Travels is easy to find if you know where Rambha Talkies is. We’re right near there on Jinsi Road in Jahangirabad. It’s a busy area, especially when movies are playing or the market is full. Our shop has been around this part of town for a while now. We handle tours and all the usual travel stuff people need when they’re heading out of Bhopal. The space we work in is simple—just some chairs for customers and our desks where we do the booking. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phone and writing down details. Jinsi Road can be a bit loud with the traffic, but we’re used to it. Most of our customers are people from the neighborhood or folks who have been coming to us for years. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. If a bus is going to be late, we tell you. If a tour is booked up, we find another way. There’s no point in sugarcoating things in this business. We spend a lot of time looking at schedules and making sure everything is in order. It’s a lot of small details that have to be right. If you’re near the cinema, stop by and say hello. We’re usually here from morning until late evening, just keeping the business moving along. The tea stall next door is usually where we take our breaks.
