Somitra Clinic

Somitra Clinic is located in Anuja Village, right off Hoshangabad Road. It’s a spot that’s easy to get to if you’re traveling along that main road, but it still has that village feel once you step inside. We’ve been here for a while, providing a place for local people to come when they aren't feeling their best. The clinic is a basic setup. We have a waiting area that’s usually got a few people chatting, and the consultation rooms are just big enough for what we need. It’s not a fancy medical center with glass walls and modern art. It’s more of a practical space with linoleum floors and wooden desks that have seen a lot of use over the years. We see a lot of people from Anuja Village, and we know many of the families by name. Life along Hoshangabad Road moves fast, but inside the clinic, we try to slow things down a bit so we can actually listen to what folks are telling us. Sometimes the power flickers or the water pressure is a bit low, but we just deal with it and keep going. It’s a real, working clinic for real people. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone. We just open up every morning, tidy up the place, and wait for the first person to walk through the door. It’s our way of contributing to the neighborhood here in Anuja Village.
