This company is run out of Rakesh Singh Tomar’s place in Hanuman Nagar. We are right by Gole Ka Mandir, so it gets very busy on Tuesdays and Saturdays. You can hear the bells and the crowds from our front door. The traffic around the temple makes it hard for the delivery trucks to get in sometimes. We often have to carry the crates by hand from the main road. It is hard work but it keeps us fit. Rakesh is usually around checking the registers. The office is just a couple of rooms converted for the business. We have a lot of paperwork piled up on the side table. We try to keep the meds in the cooler room because of the Gwalior heat. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to pray the backup kicks in fast. We do not have a fancy website or anything like that. Most people just call Rakesh directly on his mobile. We have been at this for a bit now. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time. We just focus on getting the orders out to the local shops. It is a family-style environment here. We all know each other’s business. If someone is sick, someone else just steps in. It is not corporate, it is just us working together in Hanuman Nagar. It works out okay for everyone involved.
