Our office is located at Bhitbherwa, right on Yadopur Road in Ward Number 01. We are based at the premises of Raj Kumar Sah. It’s a local spot that is easy to get to for the people living in this part of town. We operate as a Nidhi company, which means we are all about mutual benefit for our members. Most of what we do involves taking small deposits from people in the neighborhood and then lending that money out to other members who need it for their own needs. It is a simple system that has been around a long time. The office itself is quite plain. We have a couple of desks and some cupboards full of files. We do everything manually mostly, making sure every entry is signed and stamped correctly. It is important to be careful with the details. The road outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, but we are always here. We see the same people every week or every month. It is more like a community gathering sometimes than a business. We don't use any fancy talk. We just explain how the savings work and how the interest is handled. It is just us trying to provide a place for people to manage their cash without having to go all the way into the main city. We keep the registers updated and try to answer any questions people have when they stop by.
