Shivam Hospital

Our place is at MIG-215 in Gautam Nagar, which is a part of Govindpura that most locals know well. Being so close to the Govindpura Post Office makes it easy to tell people where to go. We see the mail trucks coming and going all day. It’s a busy corner of the world, but our specific block is a bit more settled. Shivam Hospital isn't one of those massive glass buildings you see in the newer parts of the city. It’s a practical building that fits right into the neighborhood. We have been here long enough that the walls have a few scuffs and the floor shows some wear from all the walking. The rooms are a decent size and we try to keep things organized despite the constant rush. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, especially around the post office during the middle of the day. We have a small area for people to sit while they wait for their turn. It is nothing fancy, just some metal chairs and a fan that hums a bit too loud. The staff here mostly lives nearby so we know the area well. It feels like a community hub more than a cold institution. We see the same faces walking by to the market or the post office every morning. It’s just how things are in this part of Govindpura. We stay busy and keep the doors open for whoever needs us.
