Vigyashree Sharoda Infrastructure Ltd.

Vigyashree Sharoda Infrastructure Ltd. is situated at Hig-20 in Shivaji Nagar. It is a residential-style building that we have been using for our infrastructure business. Shivaji Nagar is a familiar neighborhood for us, and being in an HIG house makes the workspace feel a lot more personal than a cold office tower. We have desks set up in different rooms and use the main area for our meetings and coffee breaks. The neighborhood is usually quite lively, and we know many of the people who live nearby. Our work involves a lot of planning for infrastructure projects, so we need a quiet space where we can actually think and look over drawings. It is not always quiet, though, especially when the school nearby lets out or during local festivals. We like the convenience of this location and the fact that it doesn't feel like a typical corporate environment. There is a small garden area in the front where we sometimes stand to take phone calls when we need some fresh air. We handle our daily operations, payroll, and project management right from here. It is a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes when everyone is in the office at once, but we make it work. We are just a group of people doing our jobs in a place that feels like home.
