Our office is tucked away in S-2 of the Sanchi Complex over in Shivaji Nagar. Kdsr Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. might sound like a big name, but we’re really just a group of people who like getting our hands dirty and seeing things get built. Shivaji Nagar is always moving, and being in the Sanchi Complex puts us right in the middle of that energy. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we’ve gotten used to the street noise and the hum of the city. Inside, it’s mostly just desks covered in site plans and half-empty tea cups. We spend a lot of time out on various sites, so the office can feel a bit empty during the middle of the day. When we are all here, it gets pretty loud with everyone talking over each other. We don’t have fancy marketing people or a big HR department. It’s just us. We deal with the usual headaches like late deliveries or rain stopping work, but we’ve learned to take it as it comes. We’ve been at this for a while now, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit from our window. There’s something satisfying about working in infrastructure; you actually see the results of your long hours. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just do the work, go home, and come back to do it again the next day.
