Shardha Polyclinic

Being in New Market means things are always moving fast. Shardha Polyclinic is located at 24-25 in the Tin Shed Shopping Centre area. If you know Bhopal, you know how Main Road gets during the peak hours. It's a lot of walking and people looking for things. We’ve stayed in this spot because it's where people already are. The clinic itself is pretty straightforward. We don't have those big glass walls or shiny signs you see in the malls. It’s more about the work we do inside. We open up and start seeing people who have travelled from different parts of the city. Some come from right nearby, others take the bus. The shopping centre has its own rhythm, with other shopkeepers opening their shutters around the same time we do. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes in the Tin Shed area, but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the patients. We don't really do much advertising. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they were already shopping in New Market and saw our sign. It’s a practical setup. We have the basic things needed and we try to keep it organized, though it gets a bit cluttered on busy Mondays. That is just how it goes when you are running a local place in a busy market like this. We are just here to help the people who walk through our door.
