Sewa Sadan Eye Hospital

Our place is located in Hirdaram Nagar, specifically right behind the Civil Hospital in Bairagarh. It is easy to miss if you are not looking for the turn-off. We have been part of this community for quite a while now. The hospital isn't a huge corporate building. It's just a practical space where we look after people's eyes. Most mornings start with a queue of people waiting by the door. We see kids who need their first check-up and a lot of older residents who have been living in Bairagarh their whole lives. The rooms are basic but they get the job done. We spend our days checking prescriptions and helping folks understand why their sight is getting blurry. It’s quiet work, mostly. We don't use big words or try to sell anyone things they don't need. If someone needs help, we do what we can. The staff here mostly lives nearby, so we know a lot of the families that come through the doors. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life here. We try to keep the benches clean and the water cooler filled. People come in, get their eyes looked at, and then head back out to the market. It’s a straightforward way to spend the day. If you’re coming from the main road, just look for the Hirdaram Nagar signs near the hospital. It stays pretty steady most weeks.
