Sevanjali Hospital & Maternity Home

Our place is over in Danish Kunj, right along Kolar Road in Bhopal. It is a big building at Dk 1/12. Being a hospital and maternity home means there is always something going on, day or night. We have nurses who have been working here for years and they know the routine by heart. The Kolar Road area has grown a lot, so there are always cars and bikes moving past outside. Inside, we try to keep things as quiet as possible, especially in the maternity section. We have simple rooms for patients and a waiting area where families sit and talk. It’s not a corporate place, just a regular hospital where we deal with everyday health issues and new births. Sometimes the lobby gets a bit crowded when a new baby arrives and the whole family comes to visit. We spend a lot of time updating charts and making sure the linens are fresh. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so we get a lot of local families walking in. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us doing the work every day. The floors are tiled, the walls are a light color, and there is usually a fan humming somewhere. It feels like a part of the community here in Danish Kunj. We just keep the doors open and help whoever walks in when they need us.
