Our workshop is located at Plot No 57 in Sector-I of the Govindpura Industrial Area. If you know Bhopal, you know this part of town is all about manufacturing and heavy work. At Rashee Control Equipments, we spend our days surrounded by wires, metal panels, and various electrical components. It’s a hands-on environment where the smell of solder and cut metal is pretty much constant. We’ve been here for years, and some of the guys on the floor have seen the whole area change around us. We don't have a big fancy reception area because most of our work happens in the back where the machines are. The Madhya Pradesh heat can be tough in the middle of the year, but we have our fans going and we keep at it. Our days are filled with looking at drawings and making sure the control gear is put together properly. It’s steady work that requires a lot of patience and a steady hand. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with big presentations. Most of the time, we’re just talking over the noise of the tools about what needs to be finished by Friday. We take our lunches together and then get back to the benches. It’s a practical life, and we take some pride in knowing that the things we build here end up in factories and buildings all over the place. We just focus on the task in front of us.
