You’ll find us at A 3, inside the Sayaji Hotels Ltd building on Van Vihar Road. We are in the T T Nagar area of Bhopal, specifically over by Prempura. It’s a busy part of the city, especially with all the hotel guests coming and going throughout the day. We have our own little corner here and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. The morning starts with us checking the inventory and setting up the space. Bhopal has a certain pace to it, and T T Nagar is right in the middle of it all. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do. It’s a restaurant, so we just focus on the food and the people who walk in. Some days it’s quiet and we just sit and talk for a bit while waiting for customers. Other times, like on the weekends, it feels like we can’t catch our breath. The address is 462003, and it’s a fairly easy spot to find if you’re near the lake or the park. We’ve worked with the same group of people for a while, so we know each other's habits. It’s just a regular workplace for us, nothing more and nothing less. We just keep the lights on and do the work that needs doing. It's a living, and we try to do it as honestly as we can every day.
