Sahni & Co

Hamidia Road is always moving, and we’ve been here at Shop No 5 for quite some time now. You can find us right below the Allahabad Bank, which is usually how people locate the place when they first come by. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we get through the day's work. Sometimes the traffic outside gets a bit loud, especially during the afternoon rush, but we are used to the noise by now. Most of our mornings start with a cup of tea while we look over the files and see what needs doing. The space isn’t huge, but it fits us well enough and we keep things organized in our own way. People from around the neighborhood stop in quite often, and we know most of the faces on this stretch of the road. It feels like a small community here despite how busy Bhopal can get. The stairs leading down can be a little steep if you aren’t looking, but once you’re inside, it’s a lot quieter than the street. We’ve had the same furniture for years and it still does the job. Usually, we wrap things up as the sun starts to go down, though sometimes we stay a bit later if the workload is heavy. There isn't much more to say about Sahni & Co, we just show up every morning and handle the business as it comes. It's a steady life on Hamidia Road and we like it that way.
